Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of the Euroasia Youth Music Festival.

We do not issue refunds* for any of the following, once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

  • Registration Fee;
  • Day Pass/E-Ticket;
  • Practice Session Booking;
  • Master Class Booking;

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues.

*Refund will only be approved in the case of a duplicate transaction.
