FOR ONLINE PRELIMINARY PARTICIPANTS ONLY
1. Upload your performance video to YouTube, and copy the share link from YouTube – it starts with https://youtu.be.
2. Have a PDF File of your performance piece (not exceeding 2MB) ready for upload.
3: Provide a valid shipping address for Certificate and Medal/Memento delivery.

These are the information that will need to be filled in during the registration.
For the Graded Category, please select the correct GRADE (E.g. Initial, Grade 5, etc) from the drop-down menu.
Information to be filled in: - Name as per the Identification Card/Passport
- Identification Card Number (NRIC) / Passport No. Participant
- Participant Email Address
(Please ensure this email address submitted is accessible as all correspondence regarding the competition (updates and schedules, etc) will be sent to this address only.) - Composer (The name of the composer, e.g. Mozart, Beethoven)
- Repertoire (The title of your piece, e.g. Allegro, Sonata in G)
- Duration of your performance (If the duration of your repertoire does not exactly match any of the duration selection, round it off to the nearest duration selection.)
- Exam syllabus: ABRSM / Trinity (Select one)
- Year of Syllabus (E.g. 2020-2023)
**For Online Preliminary Participants, you will then be asked to insert the link to your video, and upload the PDF file of your piece.
After filling in all the information, click ‘Add to Cart’. You will then see this at the top of the page “KL/MIRI/KK/JB: XXX Graded Category” has been added to your cart. You can then choose “View Cart” to check out, or continue to fill in another application.

Before proceeding with the payment, please check all details carefully as any amendments after submission will incur an administrative fee. Please also ensure you provide an accurate postal address for certificate and prize delivery.
After submission
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automated email from ‘Euroasia Youth Music Festival <[email protected]> with the subject “Your Euroasia Youth Music Festival order has been received!”.
Please allow up to 7 days for your application to be processed. Do check your email (please include junk/spam) during this time, as we will contact you via email if there are any errors with your application. Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive the second automated email, also from ‘Euroasia Youth Music Festival <[email protected]> with the subject “Your Euroasia Youth Music Festival order is now complete!”.
You will then also receive another automated email from Competition Registration <[email protected]> WITH a PDF FILE which is the Confirmation Slip. Please do check in your promotions/junk/spam box too, in case it has gone there. Once you have received this, your application is now confirmed and complete.
