THE GIBDEN INTERNATIONAL STRINGS SCHOLARSHIP**
The Gibden International Strings Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding string player, selected at the discretion of the jury. This special prize not only recognizes outstanding talent but also fosters the growth and development of the next generation of string musicians.
The winner is awarded a place on the Gibden Scholars Summer Music Camp held at the renowned Wells Cathedral School and The Royal College of Music. The winner will also have the unique opportunity to perform a Baroque concerto movement in the Finale Concert at the prestigious Royal College of Music in London.
*Please note that while the scholarship covers all tuition fees, participants are responsible for their accommodation and travel costs.
THE KHUSUS PRIZE**
Inaugurated in 2021, ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ is awarded to the highest scoring participant from Negeri Sembilan* from each of the Euroasia organised competitions. All participants from Negeri Sembilan are automatically considered for the prize. The winners will be entitled to one (1) free Masterclass with a member of the masterclass panel from the respective competition.

THE YAP AND SUZIE MEMORIAL PRIZE**
Established in 2021, in memory of the late Yap Siong Cheng and Suzie Yap, ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ celebrates and pays tribute to Yap and Suzieโs lasting contributions to the development of arts in Johor. Their pioneering work as founders and organisers of the JB Arts Festival, JB Jazz Fest, JB Classical Music Festival, JB Film Festival, and many other ground-breaking projects was fuelled by their boundless love for the arts, and they were particularly passionate about encouraging young people to take part in artistic endeavours and experiences as part of their personal growth.
The Yap and Suzie Memorial Prize is awarded to the most outstanding Johorean* from each of the Euroasia organised Competitions. All participants from Johor are automatically considered for the prize. The winners will be entitled to one (1) free Masterclass with a member of the masterclass panel from the respective competitions.

MASTERCLASS PRIZE**
A Masterclass Prize will be awarded to the first, second and third prize winners from the Graded category and Diploma category.
This prize entitles the winner to one (1) free masterclass with a member of the Masterclass Panel of their choice. In the event that a joint prize is awarded, both winners will receive the prize.

EUROASIA SINFONIA SCHOLARSHIPS**
This is an elective prize awarded at the juryโs discretion. The Euroasia Sinfonia Scholarships provide the winner an opportunity to be a part of a vibrant community of musicians. Winners will learn from Malaysiaโs most celebrated and reputed names in music, and work with other brilliant, like-minded young musicians to develop their skills, foster their creativity, build friendships and networks, and unlock their full musical potential as a solo and orchestral player. The scholarship covers the Sinfoniaโs term fees for three consecutive terms (2025-2026).
Terms and Conditions:
The scholarship is offered to selected prize winner(s) from the Strings Division of the Euroasia Youth Music Festival upon full settlement of the registration and term fees. The term fees will be refunded at the end of the scholarship period, subject to at least 80% attendance and satisfactory performance as stipulated in the Euroasia Sinfonia Handbook.
**NOTE: The prize is awarded only to the Solo Category: Graded Division and Diploma Division.
